Direct-injection Three-cylinder Hot Melt Kettle Product Description
The direct-injection three-cylinder hot melt kettle is mainly used for melting thermoplastic road marking paints and is one of the core equipment in thermoplastic marking construction. This equipment can melt three different colors of paint simultaneously.
Product Advantages
- Hydraulic System: Equipped with BM490 high-torque cycloidal hydraulic motor with a maximum torque of 885 N·m; configured with stepless speed multi-way directional valve for forward and reverse stirring; adopts cage-type independently suspended stirring blades for more uniform mixing and faster material melting speed.
- Starting System: Uses 12V reduction starter powered by automotive battery, enabling rapid engine start.
- Combustion System: Adopts "Plum Blossom Pile" direct-injection burner head, using liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) as fuel. The kettle bottom has a large heating area, high calorific value and fast melting speed.
- Thermal Insulation System: The kettle body is welded with 3mm thick steel plates, and the insulation layer is filled with high-density thermal insulation cotton to reduce heat loss and achieve excellent thermal insulation effect.
