Diesel temperature control dual cylinder hot melt pot(Intelligence temperature control hot melt pot)is a brand-new generation of road marking paint melting equipment. It features a fully automatic temperature control system that precisely controls the temperature of the paint, improving the quality of marking construction while saving fuel consumption.
Hydraulic system: Equipped with a BM490 high-torque cycloid hydraulic motor, capable of delivering a maximum torque of 885 N·m; equipped with a stepless variable speed multi-way directional valve for both forward and reverse mixing; utilizing a cage-type independently suspended mixing blade for more uniform mixing and accelerated melting speed.
Starting system: The device is equipped with a 12V battery and a generator, eliminating the need for jump-starting with a car battery.
Heating method: The Italian brand Riello's 100,000 kcal diesel burner is used for heating, ensuring overall heating of the furnace, uniform heating of the inner wall of the pot, a large heating area, and a durable and heat-resistant pot bottom.
Comprehensive fuel consumption: approximately 8 L/hour (fuel consumption range: 4.5-10 Kg/h)
Temperature control system: The electronic control system is equipped with an automatic temperature control device. When the material temperature reaches the set temperature, the burner automatically stops heating; when the material temperature falls below the set temperature, the burner automatically ignites for heating. The dual cylinders are independently controlled and can operate simultaneously.
Insulation system: The bottom of the kettle is paved with refractory insulation bricks, and the kettle body is filled with multi-layer high-density insulation cotton. The insulation duration is about 8 hours (subject to variation due to climate changes)
